Mumbai, April 02: Flying high on her teen love story ‘Jaane Tu Ya Jaane Na’, Genelia D’Souza is making some outrageous adolescent demands and throwing childlike fits. The spunky beauty is losing some prestigious projects owing to her ‘in your face’ display of tantrums as she goes on to demand a role for her good friend Riteish in each of her films.

Ever since Riteish and Genelia came together in ‘Masti’, industry is abuzz with a reported love affair between the two. And though they have gone around denying all love allegations, Genelia is known to be much too sweet on this hottie.

According to our sources, the vivacious beauty was to be a part of Revathy`s directorial project starring Jaya Bachchan, Raveena Tandon, Madhavan, Mithun Chakraborthy and Ayesha Takia. But the lass backed out when the filmmakers refused to make space for Riteish

Confirming the news, a daily even quoted a source as telling, " Genelia loved the subject and was ready to do the film. However, she laid down a condition: take Riteish opposite her. She said that she wasn`t comfortable with anyone else as co-actor. This left the producers dumbfounded."

In a bid to reason with Genelia, the producers even tried to show her the logic. But all went futile when the actress refused to back down and lost the opportunity in the process.
