Mumbai, July 02: Hailed as the original ‘Khiladi’ of Bollywood, Akshay Kumar has always been successful in wooing fans with his power-packed stunts and rib-tickling comedies with equal ease.
In a recent interview with Spicezee.com , Akshay Kumar spoke at length about his upcoming flick ‘Kambakkht Ishq’ - touted as one of the most-awaited flicks of the year. When enquired about the peculiar name of the flick, the actor said that love has always been the same but its connotations changed so the film has been named ‘Kambakkht Ishq’.

The star also said that action acts as the background to the flick but it’s primarily a romantic movie. With Akshay playing the role of a Hollywood stuntman, the movie is a mushy romantic story between a model (Kareena Kapoor) and the stuntman. In the movie, Akshay enacts the role of a male chauvinist, who finally undergoes a change of heart courtesy his ladylove.

On being asked whether there is male chauvinism in the industry, the actor denied its presence in Bollywood.

Talking about his ‘Kambakkht Ishq’ experience, Akshay said that acting with Brandon Routh, Denise Richards and Sylvester Stallone was a splendid experience.

When asked whom does he fear the most, the actor instantly replied ‘women’! Apart from it, the action star said that he fears performing stunt scenes as one should never take stunts for granted.

In his message to fans, Akshay said, “Do watch out ‘Kambakkht Ishq’ with your family and friends in theatres and make sure you don’t go for pirated movies.” Akshay also added that he too visits the theatre and solicited his fans to follow the suit.
