Kate Hudson sheds 20 pounds
Washington: American actress Kate Hudson is said to have lost 20 pounds for her role in new movie ‘Earthbound’ by giving up alcohol.

Hudson, 30, was forced to slim down to portray a terminally ill woman, who falls in love with her doctor.

And she found the perfect solution was to give up her favourite beverages, even though it wasn’t an easy task to do.

“I love my glass of wine. I love tequila. To be in New York for two weeks and not have one beverage, I’m not sure I’ve ever done that!” Contactmusic quoted her as telling Elle magazine.
