`Selfish` Ranbir Kapoor doesn`t want to work with Imran Khan

Mumbai: Ranbir Kapoor is a changed man after the success of ‘Wake Up Sid’ and ‘Ajab Prem Ki Ghazab Kahani’. It is said that success easily gets into someone’s head and the same is happening with the actor. Before his success, he was friends with his rival Imran Khan but now he says that he will not be working with Imran in any capacity in the near future because he is in a position to do solo films.
Talking to a news daily, the actor arrogantly said, “I don’t think Imran and I will be working together in any capacity in the near future. By God’s grace, I am in a position to do solo-hero films with terrific actresses and directors for the best banners. I am a selfish actor. I would rather have a film to myself than share it with another actor.”

He even seemed to be denying his much-talked about friendship with Aamir’s nephew. “Imran and I are friends but not the best of friends. Where is the time for friendship? I don’t even have time for my parents. My only close friend in the film industry is Ayan Mukerji”, said the actor.

He rubbished the reports of a film with Imran. “People said I am co-producing a film with him. It will be really insulting if I don’t direct my first film for my home production (RK Films). I will feel really small and inadequate,” he said.

Now, why would Ranbir like to get along with a flop actor like Imran Khan, whose ‘Kidnap’ and ‘Luck’ fared badly at the BO? Ranbir seems to be blinded after tasting success; we hope that he opens his eyes before it’s too late.

Oh, forgot to mention, imran khan is also hype because he is the nephew of the superstar aamir khan. Not a bad thing to be related to someone in the industy you want to go in, but the thing is that some of these people are not competent or good enough to be actors but they get the chance because they are "star children." - King Khan - US
Ranbir Kapoor is all hype. Just because he was born to a legendary actor doesn't mean he is all that. Usually for the all "hype effect" to wear off, it takes 2-3 years where the audience begins to realize that the actor from a film clan isn't that good at at all, it happened to abhishek bachan, fardeen khan, zayed khan, esha deol, and the list can go on and on. Albeit, that doesn't mean that they can't perform well, we also have successful examples of them which are hritik roshan, kareena kapoor, karisma kapoor, aamir khan, salman khan... Neil Nitin Mukesh on the other hand i know for sure is going to be one of the best ones in the coming years. - King Khan - US
RANBIR KAPOOR SUCKS HE IS A SELFISH PERSON N IF I GET A CHANCE TO MEET RANBIR SO FIRSTLY I'LL TIGHTLY SLAP HIM B'COZ HE DESERVES IT.... RANBIR KAPOOR IS SELFISH N I JUST WANNA SAY THT RANBIR KAPOOR JUST FUCK OFF - sim - INDIA
While I do feel he is being a little bit arrogant, I don't think he's saying anything wrong. Imran hasn't done well, yet. Ranbir has. In order for Ranbir to do well, he must surround himself with successful people. Your friends are those who you believe are your equals. Your best friends are those who you believe your superiors. Leave Ranbir alone! - M - UK
Now watch careful bashing by few media people. See how they will start wrong news about Ranbir and show him in bad light. You are all bunch of losers, who got power to write about others and take you personal life frustations on others - sam - Toronto
