Irrfan Khan shies away from dancing

Mumbai: Celebrated as Bollywood’s most versatile actor, news has it that Irrfan Khan is a bundle of nerves when it comes to shaking a leg!
News has it while filming for Mani Shankar’s flick ‘Knockout,’ Irrfan blankly refused to dance in front of Kangana Ranaut as the latter’s constant gaze made him jittery. The whole incident took place in Pune where the actor was rehearsing his dance steps on Katrina Kaif’s song ‘Touch me touch me’ from ‘Race.’ With Kangana already done with her shoot, the actress sat aside and watched Irrfan’s dance performance.

Talking to a news daily, a source said, "When Irrfan started dancing, he kept fumbling and was feeling very uncomfortable. He saw many people around and asked Mani to ask some crew members to leave the sets. However, Kangana being the heroine of the film remained on the sets. That`s when Irrfan and producer Sohail Maklai requested Kangana to leave too."

However, speaking on Kangana’s reaction, the source said, "Kangana took it very sportingly. She is a through professional and understood that Irrfan, who is not habituated to dancing, was feeling rather awkward in her presence," said our source.

When enquired Sohail Maklai, the producer confirmed the news and said, "Yeah. We requested Kangana to wait outside the sets. Irrfan was very shy but in the end, he did a mind-blowing job."
