Shriya Pilgaonkar's 'Taaza Khabar' Continues to Rule Hearts, Ranks on the Top Even After 4 Weeks

New Delhi: Shriya Pilgaonkar kickstarted 2023 on a high note with the massive success of her web show 'Taaza Khabar.' Shriya has become one of the most sought-after stars in the Indian entertainment industry with back-to-back successes. Shriya has had a spectacularly disruptive career graph with critically acclaimed performances in 'The Guilty Minds,' 'The Gone Game,' 'The Broken News,' 'Mirzapur,' 'Crackdown,' and now, in the recently released 'Taaza Khabar.'

Shriya shared, "I am so happy that 2023 has started positively for me. Am super thrilled for all the adulation coming in. After playing a lawyer in 'The Guilty Minds' and a new reporter in 'The Broken News,' I was looking to explore a different look. I like to surprise people and am glad that my experiment was well-received! Madhu (her character from 'Taaza Khabar') exudes courage and charm. Also, the comedy-drama aspect of the script instantly made me want to be a part of it."

On ruling the charts even in the 4th week, Shriya added, "We are ecstatic about it! Defying the constant competition, making it to the top in the 4th consistent week is a big milestone for any show!"

Shriya has recently wrapped a film for Emmay Entertainment and has an exciting lineup ahead.
