Reliance Jio and Xiaomi India have established a cooperation to provide customers with True 5G. Users of Xiaomi and Redmi smartphones that qualify will receive the new update to get a 5G connection.

To use a 5G Standalone (SA) network, users must switch their Xiaomi and Redmi smartphones' chosen network type to 5G. The network benefits from having access to independent 5G architecture.

The Redmi K50i and Redmi Note 11T 5G, among other Xiaomi devices, have undergone extensive testing with Reliance Jio's True 5G network, the company has guaranteed. The majority of Xiaomi and Redmi's 5G-capable devices will function on Reliance Jio's True 5G network.
