Watermelon Mint Cooler

Juice from one lime and a handful of mint leaves are blended with chunks of fresh watermelon. After straining, pour the mixture over ice and decorate with a mint leaf.

Iced Green Tea

After brewing, allow the green tea to come to room temperature. Add orange, lemon, and lime slices, along with a small amount of honey or agave syrup for sweetness. Put on top of ice and serve.

Cucumber Basil Lemonade

Combine sugar, water, and lemon juice to make a batch of homemade lemonade (adjust to taste). To the pitcher, add fresh basil leaves and cucumbers that have been thinly sliced. Garnish with a slice of cucumber and a basil leaf and serve over ice.

Pineapple Coconut Refresher

Puree fresh pineapple chunks with a little lime juice and coconut water till creamy. Pour over ice and garnish with a lime slice or a pineapple wedge.

Berry Sparkling Sangria

Combine your preferred variety of berries (such as blueberries, strawberries, and raspberries) with a sparkling water or soda bottle. A few fresh mint sprigs and a splash of fruit juice (such as pomegranate or cranberry) should be added. Over ice, serve chilled.
